“Stay Home, Save Lives”

How does the “Stay home, Save lives” order from the governor affect our services?
Customer Service and Data Processing staff are in the office, answering phones, processing paperwork, etc.
PA’s will be working from home and are available by phone or e-mail. When a voicemail is left on the office phones, the person receives the message on e-mail.
PSW’s and DSP’s are considered essential workers. If you need to produce proof of that, here’s the transmittal.
