Spotlight on Sean O’Keefe

When I think of above and beyond, Sean O’Keefe comes to mind. He is someone who really cares about the well-being of the people he supports. He gets people out in their community, helps them reach goals and makes it possible for them to realize their dreams. The camaraderie he exhibits with the people he supports is infectious. It’s wonderful to see him joking, laughing and just having a fun time with the       individuals he supports. When I asked him his favorite part of the job he told me the bonds he forms with his folks and helping make them a part of their community. He has hosted fun events at his own home on his own time, one of which is a Super Bowl Party. It’s obvious watching him and the people he assists, that Sean really has learned to read the little nuances and body language that a lot of people miss. He can sense emotions and helps to bring a calm relaxing presence to any situation. Full Access is lucky to have Sean as a part of our team and we look forward to many more years of this fabulous partnership.

      Our philosophy

Respect for the right of every person to exercise control in pursuing, developing, achieving, and maintaining a quality of life consistent with their preferences and choices. Our philosophy in supporting people with developmental disabilities is that when a person needs and wants professional support, that support should be melded with natural support.
